To delete your DokanPat account, contact us using one of the following:

Please include:

• Your registered phone number
• Your registered email address (if available)
• Reason for deletion (optional)

What data may be deleted

After successful verification, the following may be permanently deleted:

• User profile information
• Saved addresses
• Order history linked to the account
• Other personal account data

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, or accounting purposes, as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 working days after verification.
